The lower level opens to two ensuite bedrooms, a wine cellar, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow leading to a solar-heated pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit lounge.

Our intervention focused on the side yard, where we introduced a new stairway connecting the existing deck to the pool area. The design merges into the home’s architecture—intentional, cohesive, and crafted to feel like it has always belonged.
